Commuters face severe delays

COMMUTERS are having to endure severe delays due to signalling problems.
Passengers travelling on National Express East Anglia line from Southend Victoria to London, are suffering delays of up to 40 minutes due to technical problems at Wickford.
Rail users are being encouraged to keep alert to any last minute alterations and cancellations.
Engineers are working to try to restore normal services.
National Express tickets will be valid on C2C services to and from Fenchurch Street.
